Transparent Communication: Promptly report any network abuse or suspicious activities to NEXX for swift resolution.

Impermissible Activities:

Illegal Actions: Engaging in any illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, online gambling, and cybercrime, is strictly prohibited.
Abuse: Any form of network abuse, including spamming, phishing, or unauthorized access, is not tolerated.
Malicious Behavior: Actions that compromise the security and integrity of our network, such as hacking or distributing malware, are prohibited.

Enforcement Procedures:

Review: Upon receiving abuse complaints, our team conducts an internal investigation to assess credibility.
Notification: If the complaint is deemed legitimate and requires urgent attention, we promptly notify the client for resolution.
Suspension: In cases where immediate action is necessary or the client is unresponsive, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend services until the matter is resolved.

Cooperation with Authorities:

NEXX is committed to cooperating with law enforcement authorities in cases of illegal activities. We will provide full assistance and support to ensure compliance with legal obligations.
